Vinegar Liver Cleanse

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
How much of Apple Cider Vinegar should I drink a day to cleanse my liver?
I heard that Apple Cider Vinegar helps to cleanse the liver, so I was wondering, is there a limitation as tow how much of it I can intake into my system? Are there side affects? And I also heard that you can put ACV on the scalp to strengthen the hair, is that true? Please give me simple answers, I don't wanna study about Apple Cider Vinegar, and I don't wanna read 100 pages, so please make it as simple as possible! Thank you so much!
One thing I wanted to add is that I WANT to you Apple Cider Vinegar. For all of you who thinks it's not good for you, that's not what I'm asking! My question was, how much of ACV can I mix with water and intake it a day? Thank you!

    • ANSWER:
cider vinegar is very effective in detoxicating various organs in the body together with the blood stream. Hence it is a purifier, as it has a means of breaking down fatty, mucous and phlegm deposits within the body. It therefore, promotes the health of the vital organs of the body e.g. kidneys, bladder, liver etc., by preventing an excessively alkaline urine. Cider vinegar also helps oxidate the blood which consequently prevents the blood from becorning too thick and gluey, which gives rise to a strained heart and blood vessels resulting in high blood pressure. Cider vinegar also promotes digestion, assimilation and elimination and it neutralizes any toxic substance taken into the body.
The dialy dosage is 2 Tablespoons in a glass of water before breakfast, and try fonding the highest quality ACV you can.

  2. QUESTION:
How can my wife ease her liver pain?
My wife has high cholesterol. She developed gallstones in 2011 and had to have her gall bladder removed. Since then, she periodically develops pain in her liver. I think it has something to due with high levels of bile in the liver blocking a duct. She normally just deals with it until the pain goes away, but she is in pain until it does and it incapacitates her somewhat. I know what to do to avoid it from happening. But once it does, what can she do to make it go away quickly?

    • ANSWER:
I am so sorry to hear about your wife's continued pain. It is actually pretty common to have pain after gallbladder removal, which is very discouraging. I don't know why doctors don't make that more clear!

Has she tried liver cleanses or other liver supplements? These are painless ways to naturally pass or dissolve the stones, which also will lower her cholesterol.

Her pain is likely caused by blocked ducts, as you suspect, from thickened bile and remaining stones. The good news is she can definitely clear the stones/sludge and lower her cholesterol naturally.

For the pain she is experiencing, she might try a natural remedy like a tablespoon Epsom salt mixed with a little water -OR- a tablespoon of vinegar mixed with water. The pain should subside within the hour.

      Hope she feels better soon.

  3. QUESTION:
Is drinking vinegar to cleanse your system a good idea, and does it work?

    • ANSWER:
bad idea doesn't work the body just doesn't work like that and there is no such thing as "toxins" in the body the liver and kidneys purify the body's fluids it's all "new age" cr@p

  4. QUESTION:
Detox body just by changing diet to get rid off acne?
I read about liver flushes somewhere on the internet. By doing a step by step procedure with items like epsom salt, grape fruit, olive oil, etc, you can cleanse your body. I am very active in sports, so I can't fast. Can you cleanse your body just by eating clean foods (natural unrefined foods) ?

    • ANSWER:
Those detox flushes will not cure acne, nor will changing your diet. Diet has been shown to have little or no effect on acne.

Beware of using any products for acne unless they have been prescribed or recommended by your doctor. People make all kinds of suggestions about the best thing to do to cure acne. Some cures I’ve heard include putting oatmeal, honey, lemon juice, tea tree oil, cucumber, vinegar, milk of magnesia or toothpaste on your face. Practically every cosmetics company and company that makes personal care products makes something that is a “sure cure” for acne. If we think about this, and use some common sense, we have to come to the conclusion that there is no quick or easy cure for acne, because if there was it would be well known and doctors would be telling everyone about it.

Numerous companies make a lot of money persuading people to buy products that at worst will make the acne worse, and at best may help some people a little. Often fewer products are better. People often make their acne much worse by using too many products. There really is no quick fix for acne. Don’t spend a lot of money on products just because their ads say that they will cure acne. Your doctor is the best person to ask for help, and he or she may recommend some prescription medication or non-prescription treatment that may be suitable for you..

There are some very simple and basic things you can do that cost nothing. Keep your face or any other area affected by acne very clean. Any mild antibacterial soap will help with that. Rinse the area well to remove all soap residue. Drink plenty of water – it really does help to clear up acne. Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep. A healthy life style will make a difference. Try to reduce the stress in your life – stress contributes to acne, so also probably the more you worry about the acne and focus on it, the worse it will be.

Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.

It cleanses the liver and kidneys . 6. QUESTION:
What approaches have worked best for you when you suffer from a migraine?
Today I've been sensitive to light, my vision is blurred, and the room is spinning, nausea hits me every time I try to "work" around the house. And my Migraine medicine doesn't seem to be helping.

    • ANSWER:
A lot of migraine medicines are just pain killers. They only help before a migraine starts to occur.

Migraines usually occur when the person is Dehydrated, stressed, hormonal imbalances: Candida: food allergies: parsites: heavy metal toxicity, and allergies.

When I turned 18, i began experiencing painful headaches that lasted a week or two. One day, I went to the doctor and told me that those painful headaches were migraines. The doctor told me it could be genetics because my parents had it. The doctor gave me painkillers but I denied the drug. I found it useless because I did not want unknown chemicals going into my body that could harm me (side effects). I later bought a book full of natural cures. It had pages full of natural cures medicines that would cure common diseases such as migraines, allergies, herpes, diabetes, etc.
The books title is called Natural Cures.

The cure that I found for migraines is Apple Cider Vinegar. (There is also Dr. Coldwell's stress reducing techniques; acupuncture; alphabiotics; cranial sacral therapy; chiropratic adjustments). You must eliminate artificial sweeteners and do all the cleanses (colon cleanse; liver/gallbladder cleanse, heavy metal cleanse, parasite cleanse, candida cleanse).

One day, I slowly felt a migraine ready to cause me pain. I quickly ran to the kitchen and filled a glass of water and mix it with 1 Tablespoon (15ml) and 1Teaspoon (5ml). I drank it and within an hour and a half, my migraine was gone.

      Instructions:
Since Apple Cider Vinegar is 5 percent acidic. I used two methods of indulging the acidic product.

Eat it with a salad and 1 Tablespoon (15ml) and 1Teaspoon (5ml) of Apple Cider Vinegar
      or
A 3/4 glass full of water and mix with 1 Tablespoon (15ml) and 1Teaspoon (5ml) of Apple Cider Vinegar.

P.S. You can use the natural cure "while" having a migraine and it will take about an hour and a half for the pain to go away (the amount of time for the migraine to go away depends on the person). Please try it. It helped me, my parents, and my co-workers.

  7. QUESTION:

      Natural diuretic
More and more people are resorting to natural foods and herbs that exhibit diuretic properties instead of diuretic pills. Moderation is the watchword even in the case of natural diuretics. Natural diuretics can aid in removal of excess fluids from the body and aid in treating of sciatica, kidney stone, lymphatic swelling, PMS, gonorrhea, liver disorders and high blood pressure.

Green tea is a natural diuretic food that has been in use for centuries in China.
Consumption of cranberry juice can aid in removal of excess fluid retention.

Asparagus contains asparigine - a chemical alkaloid that boosts kidney performance, thereby improving waste removal from the body.

Brussel Spouts help in stimulating the kidneys and pancreas. This helps in better cleansing of cells.

Beets are natural diuretic foods that attack floating body fats and fatty deposits.

Oats contain silica - a natural diuretic.

Cabbage is known to aid breakage of fatty deposits, especially around the abdominal region.

Carrots are a rich source of carotene that speeds the metabolic rate of the body and hastens removal of fat deposits and waste.

Lettuce aids better metabolism and flushing of toxins.

Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin C that aid the metabolism and release of water from the kidney to flush out waste.

Other than the other excellent properties that Garlic possesses, it is a natural diuretic food that aids breakage of fat. Horseradish, raw onions and radish speed up your metabolism.

      Good luck xx

  9. QUESTION:
What is the best over the counter medicine to cure a yeast infection?
I have a yeast infection & I won't it gone!! I have been taking acidophilus pills, is there anything else that I can take?

    • ANSWER:
You may be experiencing the symptoms of candida (yeast) or something else, but what is clear is that your body (and perhaps your immune system) is telling you that it is out of balance.

A traditional method of treating candida is to drink a glass of water with 3 tsp of apple cider vinegar prior to each meal. However this is more helpful as maintenance, not so much with a full blown infection.

I suggest that you cut out all sugar (fruit, white sugar, fructose, etc) and processed food (ie white flour), and severely limit carbs/starch. This is what feeds the candida.

The OTC methods will only take care of the problem temporarily and don't get to the root your problem.

Try a gentle detox program such as the one by Wild Rose. It provides herbs that you take prior to each meal for a 2 week period which will rid your body of candida and other toxin while supporting your liver. It also provides a guideline for your diet during the 2 weeks with severe restrictions on carbs.

This will help you to re-establish a healthy flora in your body, cleanse your liver so it can rid your body of toxins and start you on the path to healthier eating habits.

If the problem continues, go to your primary care provider for a pap smear and swab for cultures.

      Best of luck!

  10. QUESTION:
What are some natural remedies that will prevent yeast infections?
I get them all the time and don't like taking the diflucan pill from the doctor. I think taking drugs like that all the time is eventually going to have some bad side effects. I've heard yogurt is good for fighting yeast. Anyone know about anything else?

    • ANSWER:
If they keep recurring, there is a reason for it. It could very well be from taking the antibiotics, from an overgrowth of yeast (candidiasis) or even a yeast allergy.

A good way to treat it naturally is through your diet. You will need to cut out:
      - all refined and added sugars
      - preservatives and fillers
      - dairy (although plain/organic/greek style yogurt can help control some of the yeast, it is only minimally effective and the sugars and lactose will only aggravate it further - rendering it rather useless)
      - high sugar and dried fruits (no bananas, grapes, mangos, melons, etc. stick to apples, pears, peaches, citrus fruits, berries)
      - gluten
      - grains (gluten-free grains are okay in moderation after about a month. they are generally very high in carbs though, so be careful not to eat too much)
      - carbs in general (carbs are metabolized into sugar, which feeds the yeast causing it to grow and continue to spread the infection)
      - starchy foods and root vegetables (carb issue again)
      - peanuts and other mold-containing products
      - fermented foods (yeast is formed during the fermentation process. avoid all vinegars EXCEPT for apple cider vinegar which can help fight the yeast infection)
      - caffeine
      - condiments

So basically, stick to eating the following:
      - meat, poultry, fish
      - eggs
      - nuts other than peanuts
      - non-starchy vegetables
      - low-sugar fruits
      - beans and legumes (in moderation! again with the carbs)
      - apple cider vinegar, olive oil and other healthy oils
      - lots of water and herbal tea (green tea is great)

I know it sounds difficult and boring, but it will really help. Do this for AT LEAST 1 month before slowly easing into non-glutenous grains like quinoa and root vegetables, yogurt, etc. If you can, do it longer. It will help to cleanse your body of the yeast. When you first start, your symptoms get worse for the first couple of weeks. You will find you are craving carbs and sugar like crazy! This is because the yeast is being killed off and is basically 'starving' for food to keep itself alive. It causes your body to crave these things. It also releases toxins into your body once it is killed off, so you will need to wait for your body to clear it out to truly feel better. Do not give into temptation though, as it can really set you back in the healing process. This should take at least 3 weeks, though some people follow this for much longer (1 year or more).

Some additional things you can do to help it:
      - consume LOTS of fibre (through vegetables, and supplements - the best is course ground original texture metamucil. This will help clear the yeast from your system.)
      - eat at least 2 cloves worth of garlic each day (or take an allicin-rich garlic supplement)
      - add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to an 8oz. glass of water 1-2x daily
      - in the morning 30mins before eating anything, stir together a drink combination of: 6oz. water, 1 tsp psyllium powder, 2 tsp colloydial oil; 1 tbsp benzonite clay. These are natural anti-fungals combined with fibre)
      - probiotic supplements
      - peppermint oil capsules combined with oregano oil
      - insert a tampon soaked in 2 cups water + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
      - drink LOTS of water and herbal tea
(not all of these combined are necessary but even trying a few will certainly help)

I know you're probably thinking this all sounds really hokey. I did too the first time I heard it. I just want to tell you though that I have suffered from skin problems, digestive programs, inability to lose weight, undue fatigue, kidney infections, compromised liver function, depression and anxiety, yeast infections, ovarian cysts, and many other issues for the last several years. Some of those problems - my entire life. Then I discovered I had extreme yeast overgrowth and an allergy to yeast. Since trying this - I can't even describe the difference it has made in my life. I started losing weight (I was already eating healthy, whole foods, with strict calorie intake), my skin conditions have improved, my hair and nails are so much better, I haven't had a single kidney infection in the last year (was having them constantly - once or twice a month!), my digestive problems have nearly disappeared, my liver function is now normal, i haven't had a single yeast infection, only one ovarian cyst in the last year when before I always had multiple every few months, and an unbelievable increase in energy and overall happiness! So maybe some people think it's hokey - but really, what have you got to lose? It worked unbelievably well for me, and I am now finally discovering what it is like to be in good health. I have never felt this good in my entire life.

Anyways, I'll stop with my rant... good luck!!! I hope you feel better soon!!!!

  11. QUESTION:
How do i get rid of my warts?
Ive been using apple cider vinegar the past 3 nights and they still havent turns black they are kinda getting black dots but thats it.

how much longer will it take?

    • ANSWER:
      Hi Cami

Here are some answers and remedies for your issue. Need to really look at your diet and learn about detoxing the body by doing a colon and liver cleanse to rid of the toxins in the blood.

      Causes
Warts are caused by any of 35 viruses and are often a consequence of poor diet and nutrition, poor hygiene, and, in the cases of genital warts, unprotected sex. Warts also become more common as a consequence of aging with corresponding diminished immune function.

Caution: Some warts can turn into cancerous tumors. If they do not seem benign, consult with a physician immediately.

      ------------------------------...

      Natural Cures

Note: Natural healing of warts may require one to two months of care, with the wart disappearing suddenly in one to three days.

Aromatherapy: Lemon essential oil applied topically can speed healing. Thuja oil is also effective for dealing with warts.

Diet: Eat an organic, whole foods diet, emphasizing foods that are high in vitamin A, such as dark green and yellow vegetables, cold-water fish, eggs, and sulfur, such as onions, garlic, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and broccoli. Avoid all refined and processed foods, sugar, unhealthy fats, and excess animal proteins, as well as milk and dairy products.

Be sure to drink up to a gallon of water a day to flush the toxins out of the blood.

Herbs: a.Onions for Warts: Warts have been said to disappear when treated perseveringly with raw onion dipped in salt.

b.Wild Lettuce for Warts: The expressed juice is "much regarded as an application to boils, abscesses and carbuncles, and if put upon warts will cause them to drop off.

c.Garlic for Warts and Moles: Here is a very successful routine for removal of these unwanted growths called moles, or warts. Take a button of garlic, slice or cut in two, and placed the cup area over a wart of mole. Tape it on, and as it dries out put a fresh piece. Many users have reported good results.

d.Cashew Oil: The cashew oil, which must be used with great caution, is used as an application to warts, corns, ringworms, cancerous ulcers.

d.Potassium Deficiency for Warts and Moles: When cysts or tumors grow in places where they can be seen outside the body, often we react by having them cut out. This defeats healing by working on the effect instead of the cause. You can cut cysts out, tumors off, and burn warts off (which are also a potassium deficiency), or get rid of as many moles as you wish, but unless you go to the cause, they will grow back again, and you may end up with as many or more cysts, tumors, moles as before. Different signs of potassium deficiency will keep popping out on the body because the condition that needs correcting is on the inside. You have to go into the cause, Dr. Christopher always insisted, which is the way we have been eating.Potassium sources: There are several ways to receive your potassium. Dr. Bernard Jensen sells a potassium broth made from dehydrated vegetables. Dr. Bronner makes a similar, excellent product. You can also make your own potassium broth by simmering equal parts of red potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, and herbs to taste. Raw vegetable and fruit juices also flood the system with potassium.

Homeopathy: Useful homeopathic remedies include Thuja, Causticum, Calc carb., Ruta grav., and Graphites.

Nutritional Supplementation: Recommended nutrients include vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, garlic capsules, and L-cysteine.

Topical Treatment: A solution of garlic oil, vitamin E, castor oil, and zinc oxide cream can be applied topically to warts.

      Alternative Professional Care
If your symptoms persist despite the above measures, seek the help of a qualified health professional. The following professional care therapies have all been shown to be useful for treating warts: Naturopathic Medicine, Orthomolecular Medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

      Best of health to you

  12. QUESTION:
How much of Apple Cider Vinegar should I drink a day to cleanse my liver?

    • ANSWER:
While there's plenty of anecdotal evidence of the health benefits of cider vinegar (even Hippocrates said so) there's no evidence whatsoever that it helps to cleanse your liver.

I buy it because my wife can't tolerate malt vinegar so I use it on chips etc. the only time I use it for it's possible health benefits is when I have a cold and I mix it with honey and hot water.

There would be no harm whatsoever if you drank a couple of tablespoons every day, your body has natural buffers to counteract the week acid that it is and it may do you good, just don't rely on it if your liver needs attention, see your doctor if it does.

I work in an alcohol rehab clinic and I'm also a retired medical rep.

  13. QUESTION:
What herbal supplement can I buy to help dissolve artery plaque?
I have read about Ginger root, fish oils and all these suppliments to keep your arteries healthy but i want to know what herb helps destroy or dissolve artery plague?? I do eat right but i want an herbal aid also.. Thank you for your time... I hope its something i can buy at walmart maybe a Spring Valley product??? Any suggestions??

    • ANSWER:
The best suggestion I can give you is this...............
Go to a local health food store, NOT GNC, and look for male supplements. Those mostly with a yohimbe, Red clover, licorice root, and maybe some balancing agent such as wild yam or black cohosh. Red Clover tea 3 times a day is great to help cleanse the blood and keep things moving. The other herbs are mostly to help balance hormones to regulate blood and blood platelets as well as male stamina, sexual health, and muscle integrity.
Adding additional garlic (fresh as possible not pill form) about 4 to 6 cloves a day in every thing you eat does wonders in lowering cholesterol and the build up of plaque in arterial walls and even in your mouth on your teeth. Adding some apple cider vinegar to your daily diet of 1 to 2 tbsp a day with a meal will help reduce acid reflux as well as cleanse your blood, kidneys, bladder, and reduce a fatty liver. I would recommend a liver detox once every 4 months for the first year and twice a year after that. This will get rid of parasites, fatty deposits, and other bacterial deposits that will improve the function of your liver which will help reduce plaque in your arteries so it won't build up. Prior, you will want to abstain from any alcohol this includes wine and beer or any firmented drinks or fruit juices for atleast 30 days before and after. Start using a soy based cooking oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil when cooking. Add flax seed to every meal. You can sprinkle it on top of what ever you are eating at each meal, but do not cook it. It is tasteless but has the beneficial live omega 3-6-9 that will help your heart.
I know you were looking for just one supplement but there is not a "one do all" that will help. These that I have suggested are best and cost effective ways to help and tasty too. I feel that when we had done this for my brothers over the last 5 yrs that this has been the biggest help. My eldest brother was diagnosed with possible heart problems and when a blood test was taken it showed high bad cholesterol as well as fatty deposits and plaque formation in his blood. The first 8 months we did this his cholesterol was lower, very few traces of plaque, and showing no signs of possible blood clots or arterial damage. By the second year he was taken off plavix and one blood stabilizer. Now he is not on any meds for plaque or high blood pressure and the doctor said he was in the best shape he had been in years, internally as well as outside. He had lost almost 25 lbs in the first 8 months and was regaining much of his muscle definition back. The color was back in his cheeks and he had more energy than he had had in the past 10 yrs. He is currently 55 yrs old. I did as much research I could about the alternatives and that is what he has used for many years and still to this day.
I hope this will help you too.
      Live long and happy.

  14. QUESTION:
What foods are better for digestive health?
My stomach is often upset and rather than trying to avoid certain foods (because there seem to be so many of them that it is impossible to identify them all) I am curious to know if there are any foods that are supposed to be good for over-all digestive health, and if so, what are they? I know about yogurt already but is there anything else? Also are there any vitamins that are particularly helpful with this?

(I'm a vegetarian, by the way, but I eat cheese, fish & eggs.)

    • ANSWER:
      For Better Digestion Follow this:

      1. Every morning before breakfast, freshly squeeze the juice of 1 - 2 lemons in 250ml - 500ml of spring or filtered water. This small but effective daily routine will help to cleanse the stomach of left over 'debris' and remove any excess acid.

      2. Another daily drink taken late morning or sometime before lunch will complement the cleanse in 'Tip 1' . This can include 1tsp - 1 tbsp of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with 250ml - 500ml apple juice (freshly squeezed is even better). This drink will balance digestive juices, specifically for low or high levels of Hydrochloric acid (HCl).

      3. Avoid cold drinks while eating. Food is digested more efficiently at around body temperature, therefore cold fluid can slow down the digestive processes. If you must drink while eating, try hot water or herbal teas. Caffeine can cause excess production of HCl so should be avoided, as should alcohol.

      4. Have you ever heard of Swedish Bitters? The taste of bitter herbs, foods, juices etc, 20 - 30mins before eating will increase digestive function by encouraging the release of digestive enzymes, juices and acids.

      5. Specific self massage and exercise techniques used as part of a daily routine will also contribute to better digestion.

'LIVER EXERCISE' - This exercise massages the Liver and Gall Bladder, tonifying and cleansing these organs. It helps cope with abdominal wind, and assists digestion. Place the heel of the right hand on the right side of the body under the rib cage, and just above the hip bone. The fingers should point straight across the body. Pressing firmly, move the hand slowly across the body to the middle of the abdomen; you should end up with the heel of the hand over the navel. Repeat this action 10-20 times.

'STOMACH EXERCISE' - This exercise is similar to the Liver Exercise, but is applied to the other side of the body. It benefits the digestion, the Spleen, and the Pancreas, as well as the Stomach. Method: Place the heel of the left hand between the rib cage and the left hip, with the fingers pointing across the body. Move the hand firmly and smoothly across to the centre of the body, until it is over the navel. Repeat 10-20 times.

      6. Short term fasting is one way to allow the digestive system a well deserved break. However "first time fasters"should try it for a maximum of 24hrs.

Remember always to drink plenty of fruit and vegetable juice during your fast. Also plan your fasting for days when you will not be doing lots of hard physical work and can take plenty of rest.

      7. CHEW, CHEW, CHEW... One of the most important mechanisms of digestion, yet more often than not, the most forgotten!

Chewing is the first stage of digestion. It not only physically breaks down foods, but signals the organs to secrete their digestive juices (pancreatic enzymes, stomach acids etc) in order to prepare for the incoming foods.

Naturopaths believe that you should try to chew your food until it is near to a liquid consistency.

      8. 'Food Combining' can work well for many people. There are
books available which explain the reasons for food combining, for
example, 'The Hay Diet Made Easy: A Practical Guide to Food
Combining' by Jackie & Alexandra Habgood. 'Food Combining' is not only for weight loss but can assist problems due to an imbalanced digestive system.

Briefly, food combining involves the 3 main types of food/fuel i.e. Carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, rice), Proteins (meats, dairy, nuts, soya) and Fats (cooking oils, avocados). It is considered that one should not mix these types of food within one particular meal. For example, eat either carbohydrates alone or proteins alone, together with (non starchy) vegetables or salad.

      9. Colon Cleansing & Liver Cleansing through the use of herbs, foods and supplements will benefit the whole digestive system greatly. There are many companies and practitioners (Naturopathic) who recommend their own cleansing routines and you will find that many elements of the various routines will be similar.

Any method is good if it does the job! Colon Cleansing & Liver Cleansing are two of the most popular approaches to getting started with detox, and detox benefits every part of the body by helping the body remove toxins which otherwise slow down every organ and every body function. Counteract this tendency by using Colon Cleansing & Liver Cleansing.

      10. Here are some herbs known to help with excess digestive juices & acids in conditions such as Hiatus Hernia and Stomach Ulcers: For example a great digestive tea can be made by comgined the excellent herbs Meadowsweet, Fennel, Comfrey and Peppermint.

Slippery Elm Tea is a very soothing herbal tea, with a consistency like thin porridge. It is blended with water and drunk hot. Slippery Elm is also available in capsules as Slippery Elm Capsules, if you prefer this. Slippery Elm is a fantastic herb to soothe the bowel if there is IBS or Colitis.

Bayberry and Wild Yam can also be used in drops (tincture or fluid extract) or as capsules or tablets. These herbs will help to soothe and heal an ulcerated or 'colicky' type of condition. Wild Yam is a great antispasmodic - it relaxes muscles in spasm. It is particularly helpful for the liver and also the bowel. It is also used by women to relax the uterus which can relieve pain during periods or menopause.

Digestive Capsules or Drops are available as well as teas. Generally, take these for 3-4 months for a course, though you should start to see benefits - eg reduced indigestion - after 2-3 weeks. If not, see a herbalist for advice. Licorice Tea is made in the same way as Ginger Tea.

Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel, Ginger and Cinnamon can all be made into a tea to be drunk after a meal. Simply place some seeds in half a pint or so of water in a non-aluminium pan. Bring to a gentle simmer and let simmer for a few minutes. Strain and drink. If using fresh ginger, cut a few slices (a few mm thick) and do the same.

Foods such as Lemons, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Onion, Leek, Rice, Root Vegetables, Papaya, Pineapple and Artichokes can all aid proper digestion. Try to include some of these foods into your general daily diet.

Good Luck! I hope this helps!

  16. QUESTION:
If I have gallstones should I get my gallbladder removed?
I'm 18 weeks and 1 day pregnant and I have 2 gallstones, I have to go under surgery before or after birth, I don't want to gain 40 + pounds during this pregnancy just to not be able to lose it after the baby is born. I know that gallbladder removal usual results in extra weight gain or difficulty losing it. So, if I have 2 gallstones, should I get them removed or my gallbladder entirely?

    • ANSWER:
I am so sorry you are dealing with gallstones during pregnancy. I hope you don't have any further attacks before the baby is born.

There are times when it is necessary to get your gallbladder removed, but most of the time it is not. It sounds like you are familiar with some of the digestion complications. The surgery can really mess up the body's absorption of fats. Instead of your gallbladder storing bile for whenever it is needed, your liver constantly drips. So then when you need the bile, you get only a very tiny amount, and that causes all kinds of issues. You can work around this somewhat by taking bile salts with every meal. But obviously, having a gallbladder would be a much easier way to go.

The good news is there are many ways to clear gallstones from your gallbladder and liver through natural means. The liver cleanse allows you to painlessly pass gallstones, but I believe you would have to wait to do that until you have had the baby.

You can also eliminate stones with herbs, but again those might have to wait. For right now, adding apples to your diet will soften the stones for smooth passage. Some people painlessly pass stones just by eating a couple of apples a day. :

Lecithin from eggs or in supplement form will dissolve stones over time. You can also increase your intake of legumes using Karen Hurd's protocol, and that will help you dissolve the stones over time as well.

If you do happen to have a gallstone attack, you can relieve the pain with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar mixed with a little water. That usually works within a few minutes to an hour. If you are okay to take Epsom salt, 1 tablespoon mixed with some water will stop the pain also.

If it is possible for you to see a natural medicine doctor, they might have other advice for you as well. But definitely try to keep your gallbladder if at all possible.

I hope your gallbladder will remain calm and that your remaining pregnancy will go smooth. :-)

  18. QUESTION:
What kind of foods to NOT eat if you have a gout?
Hi, my dad has a gout on his foot... I'm concerned, and wondering if anyone can give me a list of what to eat and what NOT to eat if you have a gout. Help will be appreciated. Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
      Hi Blah Blah

      Causes of Gout
Gout is caused by excessive accumulation of uric acid in the tissues. The underlying cause of uric acid accumulation is unknown, yet research has found that it can basically be attributed to metabolic or kidney problems. Increased production of uric acid may be the result of metabolic enzyme defects, certain types of chronic anemia, or other complex conditions. Dehydration and kidney disease can cause poor clearance of uric acid from the body.

Proper diet, nutrition, and metabolic balance all play crucial roles in the prevention and treatment of this disease. The conception of gout as a condition of affluence is tenuous, but a heavy diet, particularly organ meats that increase amount of uric acid, and alcohol consumption, can hinder the removal of uric acid by the kidneys.

Although most people initiate a gout attack through poor lifestyle choices (obesity, rich foods, alcohol), 10%-15% of gout patients have attacks due to a metabolic problem, such as a deficiency of enzymes (xanthine oxidase) and purine imbalances. Purines come from certain foods (meat products, especially liver and other organ meats, sausages and other processed meats, anchovies, crab, shrimp, milk, eggs, and many beans, including soy), but are also normally present, in the form of DNA and RNA in the cells. Purines are broken down into uric acid, which is then normally excreted through the urine.

Medications, including aspirin and diuretics, can cause gout by putting extra stress on the kidneys; these drugs cause 25% of new gout cases. Kidney stones and other kidney problems are present in 90% of gout sufferers, because urate crystals also accumulate in the kidneys.

      Quick Action Plan for Gout

      1. The goal of diet for those with gout is to reduce the production of uric acid to normal levels. Cherries, and all rich colored berries, such as blueberries, are recommended. Consume half a pound of fresh or unsweetened frozen cherries per day for a period of three to six weeks as a healing protocol.

      2. Organic cherry juice is especially good for gout, as are many of the new "magic juices" such as Goji, Acai and Noni juice, puree or powder. Pomegranate fruit extracts have been shown to be effective as well.

      3. Eliminate alcohol consumption, which both increases uric acid production and reduces uric acid excretion in the kidneys. Gout sufferers should also maintain a low-purine diet, which completely omits organ meats, shellfish, yeast (brewer's and baker's), herring, sardines, mackerel, and anchovies.

      4. Intake of dried legumes, spinach, asparagus, fish, poultry, and mushrooms, should also be curtailed. Refined carbohydrates and saturated fats are best kept to a minimum.

      5. Drink plenty of pure water, because it keeps urine diluted and promotes the excretion of uric acid.

      6. Test for food and environmental allergies and avoid all foods and substances to which you are allergic.

      7. Cleansing and Detoxification, including colon and bowel cleansing therapies, fasting, kidney and gallbladder flushes, physical medicine, and homeopathic remedies.

      8. In clinical trials with gout patients, devil's claw was found to relieve joint pain, as well as reduce blood cholesterol and uric acid levels. For gout sufferers, professionals can recommend: 1-2 g of dried powdered devil's claw root three times a day; 4-5 ml of (1:5) tincture three times a day; or 400 mg of dry solid extract (3:1) three times a day.

      9. The following nutritional supplements are recommended: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 1.8 g daily), vitamin E (400-800 IU daily), folic acid (under a doctor's supervision, 10-40 mg daily), and quercetin with bromelain (125-250 mg three times a day between meals).

      Herbal Aids

The eliminative organs must be improved. Drink apple cider vinegar with honey and bathe the area in hot apple cider vinegar. To speed healing, take MCP pectin (one teaspoonful three times a day). Herbal teas work well to relieve pain. Tincture of lobelia with apple cider vinegar baths on the afflicted parts is very good. A good herb combination is equal parts of skullcap, valerian, and yarrow taken in tea form to assist in freeing the toxic waste from the tissues and to eliminate the waste through the various excretory organs.

  21. QUESTION:
What is the best way to detox your system for a UA?
I have two days to erase YEARS, what works best?

    • ANSWER:
Well-good luck in finding something -Go to a HealthFood Store and ask.Do Not recall specific names but have seen several products made specifically for that purpose. One you take shortly appox 1 1/2 hr before the test. I'd start drinking water just about nom-stop except when you sleep NOW and if you mix some BROWN Vinegar like 3-4 tablespoons into 1cup even better. Drink enough to fill bladder-takes approx 30minutes for bladder to fill then after you Void drink again and so on and so on. These substances store in the tissues of the liver ,kidneys esp although am sure in some of the other organs too but most stored in the liver so any product that detoxifies the liver. I'd do a liver detox,a whole system cleanse,a colon cleanse-drink the vinegar water like crazy(Vinegar also carries toxins out of the system and the brown vinegar is high in potassium and other beneficial minerals and vitamins.) Since the residues are also stored in Hair do a vinegar tratment-actually good for hair mix 2tablespoons in 1/cup water and saturate scalp and hair and leave on-vinegar smell goes away in approx 5-10 minutes and makes it soft and shiney to boot. Wish you a lot of luck. i have to do periodic tests at my employ and the lab they send me to is so lax do not check at all not even asking to remove jackets and so on.You could also do a test that you pay for before you take the company test costs approx .for same day results but must go early morning to get afternoon results.I once ws asked to one the next day, also had years but next day said I couldn't find and found reason not to take for a week-did the vinegar water like crazy and passed.

  23. QUESTION:
How can I get weed out of my system fast?
I RARELY smoke weed. It probably had been a year since I had. 2 weeks ago I took exactly 3 hits of weed. Well I got a job offer and they want to do a BLOOD drug test. Which will prob be next week sometime. Can you help me get it out of my system FAST.

    • ANSWER:
Do you have an upcoming drug test for your job interview or for your sports physical but you currently have THC in your system? In this article you'll discover the proven methods many pot smokers have done these past decades to pass urine tests at a high success rate.
      .Difficulty: Moderately Easy

      Things You'll Need:

      Water
      Cranberry Juice
      Vinegar
      Access To A Gym
      Red Bull
      Niacin (non flush-free)
      System Cleaners
      GoldenSeal/Green Tea
      Vitamin C Tablets
      Garlic
      Steam Room/Sauna
      Fast Metabolism
      Time
      Dedication

      1

The most common method to get THC out is to drink tons of water. Water will help you urinate and sooner or later you'll flush all traces of THC if done consistently for a week. A gallon of water a day is recommended (each gallon contains 128oz, which equals to 8 water bottles). Add in a shot of vinegar to each water bottle here and there to help speed things up.

      2

Cranberry juice is another fluid that aids in this process. Make sure the cranberry is 100% real juice for maximum results. The reason being so is because cranberry juice is a diuretic, which helps you urinate a lot. Other popular fruit drinks are apple juice and grape juice which will also aid in toxin elimination.

      3

Give yourself an intense workout. If you have access to a gym, then this would be totally beneficial. THC is stored in the fat cells of your body, and working out will help burn off all of the extra fat you have so no traces of THC can be detected once the THC is released into your bloodstream. Research online for the best hardcore workouts, and you'll be clean in no time.

      4

Buy an over-the-counter product called "Niacin." It helps flush out your system in a few hours as reported. Make sure it is not the flush-free version, otherwise you will not have any results. If you're not having any luck finding this particular product, then buy a Red Bull from any local store. Red Bull (contains 100% niacin) speeds up the metabolism which also helps get rid of THC.

      5

System cleaners (mainly bought from GNC) guarantee that within 3-7 days you'll test negative on any urine test! Popular products are: Stinger Total Detox, Super Detox Formula, and Powerful Liver Detoxification. Be sure to speak with a sales associate at GNC and read the directions carefully! Note: some products can be expensive. Other cheap alternatives can be Golden Seal or green tea. Both can work as low budget detox systems.

      6

It is recommended to take 2000 mg of Vitamin C pills a day so you can help build your immune system. This vitamin traps and destroys toxins stored in every cell of your body, including THC. Garlic can have the same effect, too. Eat garlic with every meal if possible to help cleanse the body for good.

      7

Take a trip to the steam room and/or the sauna for about an hour a day. It may seem harsh but sweating is an effective way to help you release THC through your skin.

Lastly, you must use the bathroom at least once prior to the urine test because the first morning leak is also the dirtiest. When urinating in the cup you must not use your first drop of pee nor the last; just use your middle stream.

  24. QUESTION:
How long will my gallstone attack last?
It's been 3 days and I still feel pain and I won't eat for fear of more pain.

    • ANSWER:
I'm so sorry. Gallbladder attacks are horrible, especially going on longer than a day. Have you tried any home remedies for the pain and help you pass the stone?

The best one is to put 1 tablespoon Epsom salt in about a cup of water and drink it fast (not tasty). The magnesium relaxes and actually dilates the bile ducts to help pass the stone.

Another that works really well is 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in some water or apple juice. The malic acid and bitterness stimulate bile flow and soften stones to help them pass.

Both of these work usually in a few minutes to an hour. A long-term solution is to do liver cleanses, which enable you to painlessly pass stones from your liver and gallbladder. Hulda Clark has a good liver cleanse protocol, or many people like Andreas Moritz. Some people have used a beet supplement product like Standard Process A-F Betafood to stop their gallbladder attacks for good.

Hope you start feeling better real soon.

  25. QUESTION:
What natural food or herb acts like a diuretic?
I have a fractured pelvic bone, my feet are swollen, so I need to get the water out naturally.
I am in sort of a catch 22. It hurts to put my legs up. The Dr. says to get rid of the water by putting my legs up and no salt. Now that I've been using a walker for over a week, I have sore unused muscles all over the place,
My chest hurts from straining those muscles. At this point I need a little tea and sympathy ,

    • ANSWER:
      Natural diuretics

Natural diuretics are natural foods or herbs that allow increased flow of urine and thereby aid removal of fluids from the body. While natural diuretics aid removal of excess fluids from the body, it may also mean loss of important vitamins and minerals too. It is essential that they are supplemented to prevent loss of vital electrolytes.

      • Green tea is a natural diuretic food that has been in use for centuries in China.
      • Consumption of cranberry juice can aid in removal of excess fluid retention.
      • Apple cider vinegar exhibits natural diuretic properties and in addition maintains the potassium levels. It can be added to the salad dressing.
      • Dandelion is often used as a natural diuretic.
      • Nettle has natural diuretic properties that facilitate good cleansing.
      • Dandelion leaf tea aids in detoxification and has a beneficial effect on those suffering from cystitis and urinary tract infections.
      • Fennel has carminative and diuretic properties and is frequently used in seasoning food.

      Diuretic food

Natural foods with high water content such as watermelons and cucumbers help increase urination and better flushing out of toxins. Cucumbers are rich in sulfur and silicon that stimulate the kidneys into better removal of uric acid. Watercress and artichokes are also natural diuretic foods.

  26. QUESTION:
what types of supplements are supposed to help with weight loss?
i'm going to be starting the master cleanse next monday, and i was looking for some supplements to help lose weight a bit faster, along with exercise. the cleanse is just to jump start my weight loss, to help control cravings, and to help clear up my skin. anyways, i've heard about apple cider vinegar and green tea, but are there any others? thanks

    • ANSWER:
Some people need extra digestive enzymes and that often helps with weight loss. You wouldn't have to take them forever, just long enough until your liver gets the stress off of it and you lost weight and eating fresh and raw fruits and vegetables help build them up in the body.

CLA is good, I read a study last week that says it helps to retain muscle while dieting instead of burning it and you will burn more body fat in place of muscle. Since muscle burns more calories per pound, it is very helpful. Most commercially farmed meats don't have much CLA (grass fed, game meats, buffalo and free-range beef does though) as meat we ate several decades ago.

  27. QUESTION:
What things can my dad to to help with his gout in his foot and ankle?
He doesn't really drink--I mean maybe 2 or 3 a year and only at social events, just casual drinking is not his thing, and he has completely cut back on cokes (especially diet ones, we heard those were awful for it, so he has NONE of those--only the occasional coke). He's a very active man and will be 50 on Tues. It's really buggin him now cuz I got married Saturday and he was trying to suck it up and walk me down the aisle without limping (which I was not that concerned about, I just wanted him to get me down!) and didn't stay off it like he prolly should have this weekend so its even worse, any home remedies you know of that could help? He's got total white coat syndrome as we call it, petrified of the Dr., so if we can get it under control without him having to go it would be best! any tips would be really appreciated!

    • ANSWER:
Eating lots of fresh cherries every day is a great cure.My mother has tried it and it worked on her gout in her foot.

  29. QUESTION:
    What causes gastrointestinal tract upset?
How long does it take for your gastrointestinal tract to come back to normal after months of hard drinking alcohol? What can you take to help gastrointestinal tract to return to normal?

    • ANSWER:
Depends on your system, since everyone's metabolism and ability to flush out toxins is different. You could try taking probiotic supplements or natural ferments (yogurt, kefir, saurkraut, cider vinegar in honey and water) daily for a few months to replenish the depleted microflora in your gut. Also, try eating foods that are unprocessed and easy to digest. This should help you to feel better more quickly.

You'd likely benefit from a cleanse, either candida, liver, or colon. But I would start with a gentle one if I were you, since a really strong cleanse could be hard on an already imbalanced system.

  30. QUESTION:
Can I reach my goal weight of 185 LBS with the calories I am consuming?
I am a male; 5'8" tall, 243 LBS, 39 years old. I have lost weight from 278 LBS to my weight now of 243 LBS. I was eating 1800 calories which brought me down to 245 LBS.
Could I possibly keep my calories at 1700-1800 calories and eventually reach 185 LBS?

    Thanks for the advice.

    • ANSWER:
Yes, unless your diet excludes a key nutrient to weight loss such as omega 3's, zinc, a b-vitamin of some sort, etc. At which point you will eventually start burning muscle and not fat. Or the other possible scenario, although unlikely, is that as you lose weight, your metabolic needs decrease, since you're not expending as many calories day to day from lugging yourself around. If you really want to lose weight though calories should not be your focus as they can be made irrelevant.

THE MOST important thing you can do is exercise--BOTH aerobic and weight lifting. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. JUST like how a powerful engine consumes a lot of gasoline. Strength training will also help you get through your day easier so that when it comes time to exercise you're not quite as tired or you simply have more energy than you would otherwise. Swimming is best, followed by running for aerobic exercises. You will want to exercise for at least 30 min a day when you finally get in shape, 40 would be best with 50 tops. Start out exercising every other day with a MAX of 30 min until you feel you can handle more, and gradually build from there. In addition, you MUST eat a healthy diet along with this. If you do not, you will simply find yourself eating more food and maintaining your current weight. There are also particular ingredients that you should completely avoid: High Fructose Corn Syrup, and Mono sodium glutamate. It would also be best to avoid anything with trans fats in it. While trans fats wont directly contribute to weight gain, the type of foods that trans fats are found in will. Finally, you MUST drink adequate amounts of water! You will find exercising difficult and may become apathetic if not well hydrated. Initially if you begin drinking water instead of soda or tea or any other dehydrating drink you will gain weight, BUT this is water weight and NOT fat, as your body is storing more water--which is heavy. And when I say drink water, I mean W A T E R, plain and simple you don't need or want anything else, not vitamin water, not Gatorade, water, it is your friend. You would do well to take a multiple b-vitamin with choline in it, as this will help spike energy levels and metabolism. You also MUST be getting adequate amounts of Omega 3’s; these are required for your body to burn fat. While not as important as taking the previous three, drinking Raw unfiltered Apple Cider vinegar will raise metabolism while providing you with all the essential amino acids. This will help with muscle production. There are many other things you can do in addition to this to help you lose weight, but I can guarantee you that if you do everything I just said, you WILL lose weight and keep it off. The problem is, sticking to this routine takes a lot of self discipline and hard work, but don't ever tell yourself you can't do it! Stick in there and watch the fat slide off like butter. One thing you must not forget, this is a LIFESTYLE change, not a diet change. Diets never work because when you get off the diet you go back to the lifestyle that had you putting on pounds in the first place. Get the required amount of sleep your body needs each night! Although expensive, barley life/green, freshly juiced beets and carrots will do wonders for your body, and help you to lose weight.

Zinc will also help with the breakdown of protein, fat, and carbs.

If Adrenals are stressed, losing weight may become difficult.

Cirrhosis can lead to inability to use fat as energy due to improper liver processing of choline. Liver problems in general can also cause the same problems.

      Eat slowly.

Get enough fiber. Fiber helps one to feel full and will help keep the body energized by helping to maintain blood glucose levels by acting as a slow release for carbohydrate digestion. Fiber will also help the body to cleanse itself of the food after it is digested, which will eliminate toxins lining the colon wall due to constipation, and ultimately also result in a feeling of more energy.

Stay away from microwaves altogether. In fact, it would be best if you simply threw your microwave away. This is for two reasons, one is that food that is specifically intended to be microwaved is going to processed and more than likely contain at least one ingredient you want to avoid. The second reason being that microwaves are not a natural way to heat food, microwaves kill and destroy things much faster than regularly applying heat in other forms

  31. QUESTION:
WHo has personally had intestinal worms before? What were the steps you took to get rid of them?
I say personally because I want real life experience answers not speculation or hearsay. I would like to know how you discovered how you knew you had them, the changes it made or didnt make on your body while having them such as uncomfortable bowel movements etc. and the process of getting rid of them such as how long did it take to get rid of them once you received treatment and wat type of treatment. serious real life experiences only plz.

    • ANSWER:
I had intestinal worms due to overconsumption of sushi. Human intestinal parasites worms infection air food water cause constipation, stomach bloating, disease health problems. Other symptoms include anemia, asthma, diarrhea, digestive disorders, fatigue, low immune system, nervousness, skin rash. Most will not face this reality or even want to think about this subject and will continue in their suffering.

There can be over 100 different types of parasites worms living in human bodies. Some are microscopic in size while others can be seen quite easily. These common organisms can be found everywhere in our environment, in the air we breath, in the water we drink, or in the food we eat.

Parasite is an organism that lives on or in other organisms from which it obtains nutrients to live and causes harm in the process. Its name comes from the Greek word para that means beside, and sitos, which means food.

Most parasites require some host to complete their life cycle. Animals can also serve as the host. The parasite will vary in size from one-thousandth of one micron to whale tapeworms one hundred feet long.

Allergies, Many allergies are caused by worm infections. Tissue becomes inflamed and reactions to foods are the result when eosinophils (white blood cells) are increased due to them. Extreme skin rashes with blisters and food allergies or sensitivities may result.

Anemia, Worms leach nutrients from bodies causing anemia. When they are present in large numbers, they can create enough blood loss to cause anemia or iron deficiency in some people.

Constipation, Some worms can obstruct certain organs like the colon causing constipation, liver and the bile duct.

Diarrhea, Most of the time diarrhea is nature's way of removing toxins.

Fatigue, Symptoms include tiredness, flue-like symptoms, apathy, depression and lack of concentration.

Gas and Stomach Bloating, Some parasites live in the upper intestine, which can cause both gas and stomach bloating.

Immune Dysfunction, Parasites depress the immune system by decreasing immunoglobulin.

Nervousness, The waste products from parasites irritate the nervous system, resulting in anxiety and restlessness.

Other Signs of Parasites in Children

Blisters appear on the inside of the lower lip, wiping of the nose, restlessness and grinding of the teeth at night, dark circles under the eyes, hyperactive, bed wetting, headaches, sensitive to light, twitching eyelid, gum, rectum, or nose bleeding are signs they may have parasites.

There are many natural foods, herbal cleansing products, and essential oils that one can take to rid themselves of worms. When taking herbal combinations, it is best taking them on an empty stomach. The best way to treat parasitic infection is to detoxify using good nutritional rebuilding programs that will restore balance and the immune system. Everyone infected with worms is deficient in the essential nutrients. All essential vitamin and mineral supplements are necessary.

If parasites are the problem, it is very important to take larger doses of plant-derived nutrients due to deficiencies. Some worms suck your vitamins and minerals directly out of the blood. Others absorb your nutrients through their outer skin layer. The nutrients need replacing daily.

High carbohydrate diet, low in protein, and high in alkaline has been found to make parasitic infections worse. Sugar should also be avoided because parasites thrive on it and it is possible you could have candida. This candida or yeast infections create an environment in the colon that equals the environment needed for them to thrive. Foods that lower pH from high alkaline conditions in the colon are apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice.

Pumpkin seeds and onions mixed with soy milk is another remedy for worms. Herbal combinations for blood flukes are milkweed, pennyroyal and black walnut. Herbal combinations for liver flukes are cloves, goldenrod and goldenseal root. Bitter melon is effective against pinworms. Fasting on raw pineapples for three days helps with tapeworms.

Another remedy for prevention is mixing one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water. Alternatively, you can take one tablespoon daily of 1 part apple cider vinegar, 2 parts apple juice, 1 part apple brandy.

Constipation problems can be helped with friendly bacteria, cascara sagrada bark, chamomile tea, or elder flowers. Licorice added to herbal teas has slight laxative action.

Liquid multi vitamin and mineral nutrients derived from plants will help clean and replace your vital nutrients. The OXY-MEGA oxygen supplement is more effective against parasites and cleaning the intestinal tract than herbs. High doses of herbs may make them retreat to the colon but to kill and eliminate the parasites you need to flush them out by colon irrigation and ozone.

One can save money and create your own herb formulas by buying herbs in bulk, capsules, and capsule mac

  32. QUESTION:
I'm struggling with my weight. Is there something natural that can help too?
I've done everything. I've fasted. I eat organic and avoid refined. I am currently on low calorie and am exercising. It seems there are areas that fat is stubborn. I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on what more I can add into my regimen to help me lose weight in the stubborn places?

    • ANSWER:
There are many things that cause excess weight. It may not be just food and exercise related.
Hi. I struggled with your same problem for years. What most people don't know is that diet and exercise may not be enough for everyone because there are other factors at work in the body.

      Hormones cause weight gain.
      Excess toxicity cause weight gain.
Eating foods that cause insulin to surge adds tummy fat.
Eating the wrong foods for your body or once that cause your pH to be off balance.
      Stress causes weight gain.
      Mineral deficiencies cause weight gain.

Women have more alpha receptor fat cells than men. Alpha receptor fat cells store fat easily and actually send out a protein that prevents you from losing weight when stimulated by exercise.

The idea is that something more may be going on in your body than you know. You can trick your body into shutting off alpha receptor cells, via adding apple cider vinegar into your diet.

There is a product that says there is an additional ingredient added to the standard ACV drink that super charges it. I'll add the link in at the bottom. Click on it and read what they have to say. I've done ACV for years. I add it into my drink first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. It will help with helping your body to lose the excess fat, mostly because it begins to heal the body.

I am a fan of fermented foods. Fermented foods do great things in the body and acv is fermented.

The idea is that if you can heal your body then it will start to function better. ACV is folk medicine for humans and animals and contains some really good health building qualities. It also doesn't cause you to do anything drastic that could harm your health or metabolism giving you more problems down the road.

You can also go to your doctor and get a hormone test and CBC to rule anything else out going on in the body.

If you have cellulite too, you may need to do some cleansing and detoxing. Colonics, coffee enemas, juicing, infrared sauna, epsom salt baths, or liver cleanses will help with that. I juiced cucumbers with the skin (unwaxed, organic) on with pineapple juice for cellulite. I guess it is the silica in the cucumber skin that helps.

  33. QUESTION:
how to get rid of a migraine without medicine?
i get really bad headaches sometimes. so bad that medicine doesnt help sometimes. what are some techniques i can use to get them to go away?

    • ANSWER:
I been through migraines before and nothing works better than a natural cure.

A lot of migraine medicines are just pain killers. They only help before a migraine starts to occur.

Migraines usually occur when the person is Dehydrated, stressed, hormonal imbalances: Candida: food allergies: parasites: heavy metal toxicity, and allergies.

When I turned 18, I began experiencing painful headaches that lasted a week or two.

I bought a book full of natural cures. It had pages full of remedies that would cure common diseases such as migraines, allergies, herpes, diabetes, etc.
The books title is called Natural Cures “They” Don’t want you to know about.

The cure that I found for migraines is Apple Cider Vinegar. (There is also Dr. Coldwell's stress reducing techniques; acupuncture; alphabiotics; cranial sacral therapy; chiropractic adjustments). If you are serious of getting rid of your migraines, you must eliminate artificial sweeteners and do all the cleanses (colon cleanse; liver/gallbladder cleanse, heavy metal cleanse, parasite cleanse, Candida cleanse). Apple Cider Vinegar is available in any grocery store.

  34. QUESTION:
Time to spill the beans! Tell me everything that you can do to get rid of acne.?
Excersize, Diets, Cleansing, Sleep etc. Give me everything that you can come up with, give me all of the remedies you have even family remedies if you're ok with giving me this, if you don't want to post family remedies then give me them through email:
    happiestarproductions@yahoo.com

    • ANSWER:
Almost everyone has suffered from acne at one time or another in his or her lives. It is primarily a disorder of the sebaceous gland (glands in the skin that secrete an oily substance) of the face, the neck and back. When the sebaceous glands become clogged with the oily substance they create, the accumulation results in pimples. There are several forms of acne, but the most common is acne vulgaris, found primarily in adolescents.

The exact cause of acne is not known, but factors that contribute to this condition include heredity, oily skin and androgens. Additional factors include allergies, stress, the use of certain drugs, nutritional deficiencies, liver dysfunction, exposure to industrial pollutants, cosmetics and the monthly menstrual cycle.

In addition, the skin functions to eliminate a portion of the body's toxic waste by sweating. If the body contains more toxins than the kidneys or liver can effectively discharge, the skin takes over. In fact, some doctors call the skin the 3rd kidney. As toxins escape through the skin, they can disrupt the health and integrity of the skin, creating issues.

      Recommendations for Wellness

Note: Some of these recommendations may take 2-4 weeks before any results or improvements are experienced.

Apply distilled white vinegar (can be diluted if too strong) to the face and affected areas. Allow this to sit for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off with cool water.

Lemon or any citric fruit works great as a natural exfoliate, removing dead skin cells that may clog the pours. As with the white vinegar, apply the juice of a lemon (or desired citric juice) to the face. Allow it to dry for about 10 minutes, then rinse with cool water. You may feel a mild sting or burn when the lemon juice is applied. If so, diluting the juice is acceptable.

Increase water consumption. Water helps flush toxin out and help transport nutrients in the body.

Eat a properly balanced diet to ensure proper nutrition.

Take a high quality multiple vitamin and mineral supplement to make up for nutrients missing in today's foods.

Echinacea or Oregon grape can be used to boost the immune system and fight acne-causing bacteria.

  35. QUESTION:
I read that fergie does "vinegar shots" to get rid of toxins in her body, twice a day, what do you think?
Is that safe? I guess after lunch she has a 2-tablespoon "shot" of vinegar and one after dinner. Would that help cleanse your body and help you lose weight? Is that SAFE for your body? But could that make you get sick, like barf? Please let me know, seems interesting.

    • ANSWER:
Apple cider vinegar has the effect of helping your liver, your body's cleaner, to "fire up" it's enzymes which cleanse the body of toxins. It also helps boost your immune system. Apple cider vinegar also temporarily shrinks your stomach, and I have a client that's a well known actress that will take a shot of it before filming her scenes, so she looks slimmer on camera.

And in small amounts, like these "shots", it's perfectly safe, though not very tasty. It takes a bit of getting used to so you don't barf. To make it a bit more palatable and to add a nutritional boost, add a bit of honey to it.

  37. QUESTION:
what kind of food should i avoid when i have gout?
they say food with high purine etc.,should be avoided, but what exactly are those foods? i always ended up with oatmeal but i feel weeker, are eggs a no-no? please help,i cant hardly walk.

    • ANSWER:
      HI JOy

Here are some ideas to heal the issue.

      Best of health to you

  38. QUESTION:
what is gout? and how is it prevented or cured? What kind of medication works for gout?

  39. QUESTION:
I am trying to find Homeopathic remedies for high cholesterol?
If you have had success with a home remedy or herbal suppliment I would love to hear what worked for you.
    Thanks :)

    • ANSWER:
The first answer is a piece of the puzzle. Oatmeal that is not processed is high in fiber and gently helps to remove toxic build up in the colon. These oats also contain fatty acids. Which are found more plentiful in Flax seeds.

Omega 3 fatty acids from flax seeds has been shown to reduce cholesterol levels.

For those who purchase fish oil, make sure its one that has high standards in purity. Meaning, they don't just remove the mercury, but they remove aluminum and other metals as well.

Phytosterols found in leafy green spinach, cherries, and plant foods can be supplemented in a standardized form. They feed your endocrine system which is responsible for sending out proper hormonal signals. Cholesterol is an anti inflammatory hormone.

Specific carbohydrates or sugars for proper immune function and not to be confused with sweeteners, are also essential to allowing the body to raise its own glutothione. They are present in nature but no longer plentiful in our modern plant foods. This also must be supplemented.

The immune system starts in the gut or colon. This is why helping to support the elimination system like apple cider vinegar and such helps to enhance proper digestion. Un-congesting the colon un-congests the liver which is responsible for cholesterol production. Sometimes bad cholesterol lowers with a good cleanse, but its temporary if you don't stay away from refined foods.

The truth? Cholesterol is a symptom of histamine problems or inflammatory problems, so high cholesterol does not mean its sticking and is not the cause of heart disease.

Cholesterol drugs block fatty acids (Omega 3's) essential for proper brain function. Thats why the side affects of these drugs are foggy brain or depression.

  40. QUESTION:
Looking for an alternative remedy for Acid Reflux?
My four year old suffers from a horrible case of Acid Reflux which actually causes him to develop pneumonia, as he is aspirating fluids into his lungs. Can anybody recommend an alternative remedy (herbal preferably) to the Zantac that his pediatrician has prescribed?

    • ANSWER:
      Hi RedLakeDog

Here is a long term action plan and #6 has the quick fix.

      Causes of Heartburn
The most common causes of heartburn are overeating, and eating meals that are predominantly acid-forming and abundant in unhealthy fats, spices, and commercially processed foods. Heartburn can also be caused by low levels of hydrochloric acid (HCl), deficiencies in the body’s production of enzymes, poor adrenal and/or spleen function, and/or diminished liver function due to toxicity. Hiatal hernia, stress, or smoking, can cause heartburn, as well.

In addition, food allergies lead to poor digestion which can also contribute to heartburn, as can combining too many different types of foods at the same meal. Heartburn can be brought on by drinking excess fluids during mealtime, eating too fast, or eating in a stressed environment. Heartburn can also be connected to constipation, similar to a backed up septic system. In this case, the body can have a difficult time digesting and processing the food coming in, if the previous meal is not going down and being eliminated properly.

Quick Action Plan for Preventing and Treating Heartburn (Acid Reflux of GERD)
      .

      1. Conventional physicians recommend over-the-counter antacid medications for heartburn. Although these drugs can provide temporary relief, long-term use may be harmful, as they reduce the amount of stomach acids necessary for proper digestion and assimilation of food.

      2. Screen for food allergies, which contribute to poor digestion, thus leading to heartburn. Avoid the following: foods you are allergic to, eating too many different types of foods at the same meal, drinking excess fluids during the meal, wolfing down food, or eating under stress.

      3. Avoid overeating, do not eat acid forming foods, commercially-processed foods, overly spicy foods, refined sugars and carbohydrates, hydrogenated fats or oils, coffee, chocolate, sodas, excess alcohol, orange and grapefruit juice, tomato products, pasteurized milk or dairy products, and foods containing peppermint and spearmint.

      4. Eat an organic whole foods diet, full of organic fresh green vegetables and green vegetable juices, especially freshly-made cucumber juice, which can provide instant relief. Free-range organic meats and poultry, and wild-caught fish are recommended. Drink plenty of pure, filtered water throughout the day.

      5. Avoid overeating and eating meals late in the evening, and allow at least three hours between meals, unless blood sugar problems are an issue.

      6. For quick relief from heartburn symptoms, eat apples, raw cucumbers (peeled), brown rice, and walnuts. Try sipping a glass of pure, filtered water with a couple of teaspoons of raw, organic apple cider vinegar, or baking soda, which can quickly neutralize heartburn attacks.

      7. Useful herbs for heartburn include agrimony, aloe vera, angelica, fennel, garlic, gentian, goldenseal, licorice root, marshmallow root, parsley, and slippery elm. The tea, or essential oil of cardamom, relieves symptoms for many.

      8. Homeopathy remedies that help are Arsenicum album, Nux vomica, and Sulfur.

      9. If you smoke, stop, and begin an exercise program as soon as possible.

      10. Take digestive enzymes with every meal, along with calcium carbonate, 600 mg in liquid or chewable form every two to three hours until symptoms subside. Take Probiotics such as acidophilus and Bifidobacteria according to directions.

      11. Stress reduction techniques such as biofeedback, hypnotherapy, and relaxation exercises, along with meditation, can be highly effective.

      12. Do a colon cleanse to help remove excess waste and toxins in the blood. This will help filter in new blood cells to heal the issue.

      Best of health to you

How to. Get Rid of Acne: ..................Thanks to Mama Bear for the following.

      Lemon Juice
Rub fresh lemon juice on your pimples with a gentle hand. The bleaching properties of lemon juice lighten the skin and thus reduce its appearance. Moreover, it removes the topmost layer of the skin surface where bacteria grows and controls the infection. Thus the healthy underlying skin is revealed. If you hesitate to use concentrated lemon juice on the pimple as you fear it may cause skin irritation, then you can dilute it with rose water.

      Application of Ice
This is an easy way to get rid of pimples overnight. You have to pack up some crushed ice in an aluminum foil in order to prevent them from getting melted quickly. Then put it inside a plastic bag and wrap up the pack with a thin towel. Now apply it over the pimples for 10 to 15 minutes. This will shrink the pores forcing the oil and dirt out of it. When the two main culprits are out, you can expect the pimple to clear up in no time.

      Toothpaste
You can get rid of pimples overnight using toothpaste. Many people find it highly beneficial for this purpose. Take some toothpaste on the tip of your finger and apply it on the pimple in such a way that the entire pimple is covered up with the toothpaste properly. Leave it on the pimple overnight. Next morning when you wash it off with warm water, you will be pleasantly surprised with the result. The trick is that the toothpaste absorb all the oil from the pimple and reduce its size so much that it becomes invisible. However, a toothpaste with gel content is not suitable for this treatment.

      Baking Soda
Baking soda is considered as one of the best home remedies for getting rid of pimples overnight. Prepare a thick paste using one cup of baking soda, 3 tablespoons of salt and some water. Rub this paste gently over the affected areas of your face making small circular motions. Leave it on the acne for few minutes and then wash your face with cool water. The exfoliant property of the salt removes the dead skin cells from the pores. The baking soda soften up the skin and restore the normal pH balance of the skin. As a result, the pimple clears up fast.

      Egg Mask
A simple egg mask can help you in getting rid of pimples from your face. Take one or two eggs as per your requirement. Break them and separate the white portion of the eggs from the yolk. It is the egg white that you need to apply as facial mask on your face. Keep it on the face overnight and then wash off with cold water.

      Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is known for its healing and disinfecting properties. To apply it, start with washing the face thoroughly with an antibacterial soap. Pat dry with a towel and then taking a cotton ball apply apple cider vinegar evenly on the affected skin. Leave on for fifteen minutes before washing it off with cold water.

      Steam and Clean
In the very initial stages of acne when it is still a small zit or just in the form of whitehead and blackhead you can try doing this. Clean your face with cleansing milk using cotton pads. Now scrub it with a gentle face scrub. Take steam on your face for about 8-10 minutes. Now take a sterilized blackhead remover and clean the blackheads and whiteheads. You can also try squeezing pimples if they are very small. Use a clean cotton pad to clean the pus or blood that flows out. Now finish by cleaning the area with an antiseptic lotion or a toner. This procedure will help keep your skin clean and avoid further acne breakouts. Following this everyday before going to bed is one of the easiest ways to get rid of acne fast at home.

      Acne Prevention Tips
•Do not touch the skin areas which are affected by acne with your fingers, as it can spread the infection to other skin areas as well.
•Maintain hygiene i.e., use clean bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Dirty towels can be the breeding ground of germs and bacteria, thereby causing severe cases of acne breakouts.
•Dandruff and oil in hair can cause acne too, so to prevent that, avoid doing such hair styles which make your hair touch or fall on your face.
•Exercise everyday as it helps in proper blood circulation, and adequate transfer of oxygen to all the body cells. Exercising will help in both reducing stress and preventing acne.
•Take shower after undertaking any kind of exercise or physical activity to prevent dirt and sweat from getting accumulated in the skin pores.
•Drink lots of fluids and water as it will help in elimination of wastes and toxins from the body, resulting in a blemish free, glowing skin.

  43. QUESTION:
I eat a lot of radishes so how is it beneficial?
I eat like 3 or 4 times a day maybe even 7 im like addicted to it lol i eat it without anything just the radish itself.

    • ANSWER:
Radishes are good for you in so many ways:

Jaundice: Radish is very good for the liver and the stomach and it is a very good detoxifier too, that is, it purifies blood. It is miraculously useful in jaundice as it helps removing bilirubin and also checks its production. It also checks destruction of red blood cells during jaundice by increasing supply of fresh oxygen in the blood. The black radish is more preferred in jaundice. The leaves of radish are also very useful in treatment of jaundice.

Piles: Radish is very rich in roughage, i.e. indigestible carbohydrates. This facilitates digestion, retains water, cures constipation (one of the main causes for piles) and thus gives relief in piles. Being a very good detoxifier, it helps heal up piles fast. Its juice also soothes the digestive and excretory system and this also relieves piles.

Urinary Disorders: Radishes are diurectic in nature, i.e. increase production of urine. Juice of radish also cures inflammation and burning feeling during urinating. It also cleans the kidneys and inhibits infections in kidneys and urinary system. Thus it helps a great deal in curing urinary disorders.

Weight Loss: Radishes are very filling, i.e. fills your stomach and satisfies your hunger easily without giving you many calories, as they are low in digestible carbohydrates, high in roughage and contain a lot of water. It is a very good dietary option for those determined to lose weight.

Cancer: Being a very good detoxifier and rich in vitamin-C, folic and anthocyanins, radish helps cure many types of cancer, particularly those of colon, kidney, intestines, stomach and oral cancer.

Leucoderma: The detoxifying and anti carcinogenic properties of radish make it useful in treatment of Leucoderma. The radish seeds are used in this case. They should be powdered and soaked in vinegar or ginger juice or cows urine and then applied on the white patches. Eating radish also aids treatment of Leucoderma.

  45. QUESTION:
Does drinking apple cider vinegar with water help cleanse your system?

    • ANSWER:
All you need to cleanse your system is a fully functioning liver and kidneys and enough fluid intake to dissolve whatever is cleansed.

All the stuff about special foods and diets is BS put out by the people that make the stuff or run the health farms. If you're eating healthily in the first place then you have nothing to cleanse; if you're not then cider vinegar isn't going to do much good one way or the other.

  46. QUESTION:
What is the weight loss cure that they don't want you to know about?
The one that Keven Trudu speaks of. Has anyone read the book?
Tell me and I want have to get the book.

    Thanx

    • ANSWER:
I just recently bought both of Trudeau's books. In them he gives the following weight loss secrets:

      1. Eat breakfast - include meats (unprocessed organic beef, lamb, chicken); fish (wild salmon, sardines, tuna); fresh, organic fruits (grapefruit, apple, pear, strawberry, blueberry, plum, peaches, apricots)
      2. Eat foods that give you a high metabolism; i.e. organic and unprocessed.

He also says that most fat people have a low metabolism (underactive thyroid, poorly functioning pancreas, clogged and sluggish liver, and digestive system); eat when they are not hungr; have a large appetite; hormonal imbalances; eat larger portions than thin people; consume more diet food; are highly toxic; eat before bed; are affected by growth hormone in meat and dairy products; and, see themselves as fat.

He says the dirty little secret the food industry doesn't want you to know is that they run on the profit motive and benefit by you eating more and making foods cheaper including genetic engineering and spraying chemical poisons on foods so crops aren't damaged by disease, bugs, etc. And, that they lobby against the national campaign to "eat less, exercise more".

To turn your body into a fat burning furnace and bring weight to its natural state he lists 32 steps.
      1. Drink a glass of water immediately upon arising
      2. Eat a big breakfast
      3. Drink eight glasses of distilled water each day

I had my gallbladder removed over 2 years ago. Didnt have gallstones it just quit working. I'm still having pain in that area and i get really sick after i eat sometimes symptoms include...nausea, bloating, just overall upset stomach. Anyone else have this problem or know anything about this?
Thanks. I'm pretty sure my diet is the reason. I hate to have to give up some of these foods but if it means feeling better then so be it. Thanks for the list its very helpful

    • ANSWER:
Have you changed your diet since having your gallbladder removed? Here is a GALLBLADDER DIET:
      HELPFUL FOODS
      Beets
      Cucumbers
Green beans - are NOT the same as dried
      Okra
      Sweet potatoes
Avocados - a good way to get needed fats directly from food
      Vinegars all types
Garlic and onions help with liver cleansing but not processed types like flakes or powder. But some people have trouble digesting them so pay attention
      Shallots
      Tomatoes - ripe
      cold water fish
Lemons (lemon juice in the morning with hot water helps to clean the liver)
Grapes and fresh organic grape juice
      apples, berries, papaya, pears
Omega 3 oils like flax or hemp. Use these with fresh lemon juice or vinegar on your salads. DO NOT COOK flax oil.

Vegetable juices - Beet and cucumber are especially helpful to gallbladder You can add other green vegetables like tender baby greens, swiss chard, dandelion greens, beet greens, celery, carrots -- avoid the cabbage family)

Avoid all fruit juices except organic grape juice and organic apple (self-juiced is best).

All the vegetables listed above for juicing are good. Use baby mixed organic greens for salads and avoid the bitter greens for now.

Fiber such as found in fruits and vegetables and guar gum

      FOODS TO AVOID:
Eggs, pork, onion, fowl, milk, coffee, oranges, grapefruit, corn, beans, nuts, in that order.
      Trans fats
      Hydrogenated, partially-hydrogenated oils
      Margarine
      Fried Foods
      Saturated fats
(even coconut oil until feeling better)
      Red meats
      Dairy products
Eggs (Research showed that eggs caused symptoms in up to 95% of patients. However, in my clinical experience soft-boiled or poached with no fat added seems to be okay. Perhaps this is due to the lecithin content that is present in the raw or close to raw egg.)

      Coffee, regular or decaf
      Chocolate
      Ice cream
      Black tea
      Alcohol, beer, wine, liqueur
      Fruit juice
      Carbonated water
      Tap water
      Raddishes and turnips
      Cabbage, cauliflower
      Colas and all sodas
      Oats (for some people)
      Wheat
      Barley
Rye (although the sour German ryes seem to be less troublesome)
All legumes (beans) as they tend to increase the cholesterol in the bile.

Avoid all artificial sweeteners, sugar, preservatives, refined and bleached foods (like white flour)

Many steamed greens like collard, mustard and kale, also brussel sprouts and broccoli seem to be a problem for some people. Greens (and especially kale and brussel sprouts) are used by the liver to detoxify. It may be necessary to avoid these until you have done some work with the products and flushes as well as diet. Your goal should get to the point where these foods do not cause distress, as they actually target the root of the problem. http://gallbladderattack.com/gallbladderdiet.shtml#gallbladderdiet

  48. QUESTION:
Can you make a fleet enema at home?
I want to know if there is a recipe to make a fleet enema so it can be used with the bottle I previously used. I dont want to waste so much money on the buying the enemas because the only one I can buy is at walgreens and it is a 4 pack xtra strength and it costs about 6 dollars.

    • ANSWER:
      Coffee Enema
This type of enema helps in detoxification of the liver. The caffeine in coffee is directly absorbed into the system and enters the liver to detoxify it from the toxins. It causes the liver to produce more bile which is later flushed out from the small intestine. One should use regular ground coffee and not the instant coffee to make the enema solution.

      Yoghurt Enema
Home made yoghurt is very good as it has live bacteria which helps in cleansing. Anyone suffering from inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, colon cancer, hemorrhoids and many more problems can use this enema.

      Lemon Juice Enema
It is very useful in cleansing your colon from the feces by using 1/3 cup of lemon juice per quart. In comparison to other enemas, it may cause further cramping. So, if you are ready to face the music, go ahead and take this lemon juice enema treatment.

      Garlic Epsom Salt Enema
For this you will need 3 cloves of chopped garlic in 2 quarts of water. Bring it to boil and later simmer it for 5 minutes and add 2 tbsp of Epsom salt. When warm use it as your enema solution.

      Epsom Salt Enema
This type of enema is very useful for the colon. The Epsom salt present in the water increases the amount of water absorbed by the intestine and provides a laxative effect. This has been highly recommended as a cleanser.

      Salt Water Enema
The presence of salt in the enema solution reduces the transfer of water into and out of the colon. This prevents accumulation of water in kidneys and bladder therefore cutting down on your trips to the bathroom during this enema treatment.

      Milk Enema
This can be made by using 1 1/2 quart of warm water with 16 oz. of warm milk and 1 tbsp olive oil. To maintain a proper temperature you can heat the milk in a microwave. Pour the warm milk, olive oil and warm water in the enema bag. To make a milk and honey recipe you can add 1 tbsp of honey.

      Salt and Soda Enema
To make this solution you would need 1 tbsp sea salt, 1 tbsp baking soda and 2 quarts of water. This works greatly to clear away the toxins present in your colon.

      Glycerin and Mineral Oil Enema
This cleansing agent requires 1 1/2 quart of warm water, 2 tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of mineral oil and 2 tbsp of glycerin. This solution does wonders to your colon by cleansing it. The salt water maintains the absorption to a minimum and the oil and glycerin are useful for cleaning.

      Vinegar Enema
You can use 2 tbsp white vinegar with 2 quarts of warm water. Similarly you can have wheat grass enema and mineral oil enema.

  49. QUESTION:
Kinda gross but how would a human know if they had worms?

it suggested this category and i didnt know what else to put it in! and as far as i knew they were caught thru animals

    • ANSWER:
      Parasite Signs, Adults, Children

Liquid multi vitamin and mineral nutrients derived from plants like those found in Tropical Sunrise will help clean and replace your vital nutrients. The OXY-MEGA oxygen supplement is more effective against parasites and cleaning the intestinal tract than herbs. High doses of herbs may make them retreat to the colon but to kill and eliminate the parasites you need to flush them out by colon irrigation and ozone.

One can save money and create your own herb formulas by buying herbs in bulk, capsules, and capsule machine for filling the capsules. Mix the herbs equally and purchase high quality only. The book, The Breath of Life contains most all the herbs with anti-parasitic properties and the herbal combinations for mixing.
